Our new high-clearance axle plate design combines two parts into one, reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity, and delivers 4 inches of additional ground clearance. Roll right over dirt clods without the hang-ups.

We designed and built our new sleeved reel to handle multiple poly sizes. Leave the sleeves off for drip line or slide on the sleeve for 3/4in and 1in poly on the Poly Cart 100. Another larger sleeve handles 1-1/4in poly on the Poly Cart 125.

To store tools such as a utility knife and Forever Grip, we cut, brake, and permanently weld a 12ga steel toolbox to the frame plate of every Poly Cart. Having the right tools at hand supports doing the job right.

Pneumatic tires can take a lot of resources to maintain. Every Poly Cart sports 13-inch diameter, flat-free tires. The stamped steel rims and solid rubber tires will roll for years... hassle free. Tread pattern may vary from rendering.

Pulling wire while pulling poly is normal work in the irrigation business. Every Poly Cart ships with a wire reel that can be mounted on the front when not in use and the side when pulling wire is necessary. 

We noticed as the reel turns any applied finish would wear off. To address this we've made our reel arbor and retention ring from 304 Stainless Steel. This delivers both finish and rotational durability.
