Dirt Wizards Poly Cart 100 is packed full of innovations and is new for 2026. The Poly Cart 100 is our offering for irrigation contractors who pull either 80 or 100 pound Drip line, 3/4in, and 1in Poly. The new sleeved reel eliminates the need to have a separate reel for each size of Poly. The reel core is designed for Drip. A sleeve is included that is designed to upsize the reel core to accommodate 3/4in and 1in Poly. The cart chassis now has a high-clearance axle plate. This new axle plate moves the poly slot and wire hole above the axle shafts, delivering 5in of ground clearance. The chassis also includes an integrated toolbox that is permanently welded to the 3/16in thick steel frame plate. The professionally welded chassis and reel are built for a lifetime of service. Dirt Wizards Poly Cart 200 is packed full of innovations and is new for 2026. The Poly Cart 200 is our offering for irrigation contractors who pull either 80 or 100 pound 1-1/2in or 2in Poly. The new dodecagon (12-sided) reel is designed to accommodate both 1-1/2in and 2in Poly. The 1/4in plate steel rear axle plate has been widened to stabilize the larger reel. It takes design queues from the high-clearance axle plate features found on the Poly Cart 100 and Poly Cart 125. This new axle plate moves the poly slot and wire hole above the axle shafts, delivering 5in of ground clearance. The chassis includes an integrated toolbox that is permanently welded to the 1/4in thick steel frame plate. A new front steering assembly employs the same flat-less wheel used on the rear axle. The wide steering assembly keeps the reel stable when pulling and steering the Poly Cart 200. The professionally welded chassis and reel are built for a lifetime of service. Quickly adapt your reel to different poly sizes

Reels are large, heavy, and expensive. At Dirt Wizards we thought there must be a better way to build a reel. Turns out, there is and we built it ourselves! Our new Poly Cart 100 and Poly Cart 125 models both come standard with a sleeved reel. Each can accommodate drip and 1 in poly. The Poly Cart 125 can accommodate 1-1/4 in poly. Order yours today!

Poly Cart features that help you work smarter

High-Clearance Axle

Our new high-clearance axle plate design combines two parts into one, reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity, and delivers 4 inches of additional ground clearance. Roll right over dirt clods without the hang-ups.

Sleeved Reel

We designed and built our new sleeved reel to handle multiple poly sizes. Leave the sleeves off for drip line or slide on the sleeve for 3/4in and 1in poly on the Poly Cart 100. Another larger sleeve handles 1-1/4in poly on the Poly Cart 125.

Integrated Toolbox

To store tools such as a utility knife and Forever Grip, we cut, brake, and permanently weld a 12ga steel toolbox to the frame plate of every Poly Cart. Having the right tools at hand supports doing the job right.

Flat-free Wheels

Pneumatic tires can take a lot of resources to maintain. Every Poly Cart sports 13-inch diameter, flat-free tires. The stamped steel rims and solid polyurethane foam tires will roll for years... hassle free. Tread pattern may vary from rendering.

Integrated wire-reel

Pulling wire while pulling poly is normal work in the irrigation business. Every Poly Cart ships with a wire reel that can be mounted on the front when not in use and the side when pulling wire is necessary. 

Stainless Steel Arbor

We noticed as the reel turns any applied finish would wear off. To address this we've made our reel arbor and retention ring from 304 Stainless Steel. This delivers both finish and rotational durability.
